These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through OwnTale. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the service for lawful, original, and permitted personalization purposes.

Personalized order flow

After checkout, customers upload photos and customization details. OwnTale creates the personalized digital version and sends it by email for review. Customers can request page-by-page edits before final approval. For printed products, the customer must confirm the final digital version before print production and shipping.

Customer content

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use any photos, names, likenesses, text, or other materials you provide to OwnTale. Do not upload content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or includes unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.

Customer review responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the digital version carefully before confirming print production. Once you confirm the final digital version, OwnTale may begin printing and fulfillment based on that approval.

Fictional idol-style products

OwnTale fictional idol-style products are intended for original, fictional characters and fan-inspired story concepts. They are not intended to recreate real celebrities, copyrighted characters, trademarked groups, or protected likenesses.
