Shipping Policy

OwnTale creates personalized digital and printed keepsakes. The standard flow is: order placed, photos/details uploaded, editable digital version sent by email, customer review and page edits if needed, final confirmation, then printed production and shipping.

Digital delivery

Digital versions are delivered by email after personalization is completed. Please review every page carefully and reply with confirmation or requested corrections.

Printed production

Printed production starts after you confirm the final digital version is correct. Production time does not begin until the required photos/details have been submitted and the digital version has been approved for print.

Estimated shipping time

After print production is complete, estimated transit time is usually 3-6 business days within the United States and 12-26 business days for international destinations. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country or region.

Lost or damaged packages

If your printed order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact support@owtale.com with your order number and photos where applicable.
